The best place ever, this place is amazing, I put on East West MMA my child when he was little, and he really love, he learn a lot with them, now my child is not a little any more, but he have great memories about them!

I want him to want to be active, I want him to want to be fit. I'm eager for him to be body, mind and soul positive. But I want it to be a positive experience and an opportunity to grow learn and thrive.On a whim I signed him up for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He was hesitant and unsure. Our 8 year old son started coming here in January of 2018, he had been a victim of bullying and was very down on his confidence and self esteem. After just his first few classes you could see a major change in him - The way he would walk and carry himself. We had never seen him so excited and enthusiastic about anything. The Staff are constantly encouraging and they make all of the students feel like they can accomplish anything!
