Have not met with anyone yet but staff more than helpful on the phone and able to answer all my questions. They are open 7 days a week which is great! The lobby is nice and the receptionist very friendly. We look forward to continuing to work with them.

Have been using Coast to Coast tax service for about a year. I have been working with Jose, and this gentleman really knows what he's talking about. I had years of missing tax returns that were now causing all sorts of issues. Jose not only handled all my IRS issues and state of California issues, I've been getting thousands and thousands of dollars back that I didn't know I had coming. Consider me a customer for life

I actually determined for a variety of factors that Coast to Coast was not the best fit for me. Regardless, Morey followed through on his commitment in a totally professional manner. Even though he knew I was choosing to work with a family friend, he came through in various ways supporting me in getting my return accurate and in maximizing my return. Professionalism when everything is perfect is easy. Professionalism when thing aren't going perfect takes something. Coast to Coast surly demonstrated that integrity, follow through and service!
