Their mobile imaging van met me at my dentist's location to take rays and photos. This review is to take "a hats off" bow to the technician Chris who was impressive in several ways: very good "bedside manners" in his gentle, considerate, and respectful interactions, and also, far more important was his strict hygiene protocol. I pay very close attention to such details as our health and often our lives depend on such protocol. Chris changed his gloves between each imaging procedure after touching anything else - his computer, for example. It appears that the entire van was wiped down and thoroughly cleaned to the last square centimeter. (I wouldn't be surprised if he lifts the floorboards to clean under them every day). He stated that he does spray the seating with a disinfectant as well, although if and when there is a next time for me to have more imaging done, I will probably bring a towel to place between the back of my head and the headrest as an additional precautionary measure. Again, hats off to McCormack and specifically to Chris.
