I started off in contact with David, who I reached out to because of the many good reviews. I had quite the little project for my laptop keyboard replacement that turned out to be an incredibly involved project. It took a bit longer than expected but everything was perfect in the end. Chris was the technician that ended up being able to fix my nightmare. On top of that, since they were passed the completion date, Chris actually went out of his way to drive it to my house and drop it off at 8pm on a Friday night !!! Thank you David and Chris for your dedication on this. They gave me the new customer discount so I'm quite positive they lost money on my project so I wanted to convey how much I appreciated their service and amazing work !!!
