Love this little local gem! Sauna's, vitamin boosts, cryotherapy, and so many other fun things I still need to try. The owner is a wonderful human. Love supporting this locally owned business. Health and self care is everything!

If you want to help reduce pain and inflammation through their infrared saunas and now new cold plunge, or lose some water weight, get your skin to glow, de-stress and detox (to name a few) this will do it! They started with the infrared saunas and are continually investing back, adding more amazing services to truly make it a one-stop for all things wellness. It is spotless, welcoming, and the owners amazing. Feel better and look great by going there!
