worked with these folks over a number of months due to some delays at our end and at theirs, but all the while, especially owner, Steve, exhibited out of the ordinary customer service skills with a positive attitude in finishing the project in our Master bath tiled shower. Good workmanship onsite and ongoing office support unusual in the trade industry - I have managed commercial real estate for 30+ years and have worked with hundreds of construction trades in my career - give these folks a shot!
