Alvarez Roofing was very responsive and gave a quick fair estimate. Other roofers do estimates using satellite photos. Alvarez father/son team came out to do an estimate in person. They did a detailed evaluation of my roof and answered all my questions. They sent a detailed estimate with their recommendations as well as optional add ons. I received 3 estimates from other companies but theirs was not only the cheapest, but also the most complete. Alvarez roofing worked with my solar contractor to schedule panel removal/replacement as well as with my plumber who was rerouting a tankless water heater exhaust pipe to the roof. We needed a full roof replacement which included tear off. After several bids we decided on Alvarez. No regrets. This father and son team along with the other two were like a well oiled machine. The bid was very reasonable. If you want quality work at a fair price I highly recommend Alvarez Roofing.

We had a small leak and shopped around but Alvarez roofing got back to us quickly. They were able to come quickly and get the job done. They had reasonable pricing and the value was great!
