I have not used services at this business, however after reading the negative review I felt I should speak up. I interviewed Megan Comer in 2021 for a book I wrote on grief . Her thorough, thoughtful answers to my questions concerning how we respect the dead and the families experiencing loss made it very clear she and her staff take the time necessary to give families full, respectful attention. As a parent who has experienced child-loss ( adult child) and who honored my daughters wishes for cremation, I'm aware of the laws mortuaries must follow.
