Assigned this company by our home warranty company, Home Alliance, to repair our AC unit which was working sporadically(~25% of the time). They sent out their technician Roman who checked all the parts we already knew were working for 15 minutes, shrugging and saying "it's working fine". Then he spent two minutes looking at the part I already told him wasn't working in the attic saying he couldn't find the problem. We waited four days for an appointment, three of which were 80+ degrees inside, for nothing. Waste of time! If your home warranty company tries to send these people, save yourself some time and ask for someone else.Services: HVAC system repair

The most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. They were sent out by First Am Home Warranty. I wish I had looked at these reviews first and refused service. Awful, awful, awful.
