“It took me a while to write this because I spend all my time cooking in and staring at my beautiful new kitchen! MC did our kitchen and master bath renovation a couple months ago and turned our very dated and dingy rooms into spaces we love. Our point of contact was Mike and he was great at communicating the game plan, we knew exactly what to expect each day - who was showing up, when and what for - and he was easy to reach when we had questions. The crews who did the work were awesome, always on time, friendly, and neat - and dang they work hard. They cleaned up really well at the end of each day - which was huge since we lived in the house through the renovation. We had put off doing a renovation because we have dogs and I work from home, but we shouldn't have - it was easy to move around the house to find a quiet space when needed and to get our dogs in and out of their safe space. Overall, we're thrilled with the results and look forward to using MC again for our next project.“

“Moshe (owner) oversaw a complete renovation (electrical re-wiring, kitchen renovation, recessed lighting, wall hvac, plumbing, flooring, etc.) of a rental unit in historic Harvard Heights area (central Los Angeles). Moshe patiently ran through ideas with me until we had an agreed vision of the end product. I later had some adjustments; Moshe never once lost his patience. He urged me to meet in person at critical stages in the project to go through completed work and explain next steps. He took videos and photos to keep me abreast when I was not able to meet (I live in SF.) He addressed the wrinkles that came up (inevitably) head on and quickly resolved. He is a great listener and communicator. Moshe understood the assignment: a cost efficient renovation that would be done with permits and city inspections and a finished unit that would retain its unique features.
