I can't think of enough good things to say about Marsia and Eugene. They really went above and beyond in helping me purchase my condo. I would highly recommend them to anyone.-update-I contacted Marsia to sell the condo she'd helped me buy 10 years earlier. I would like to thank Marsia for all of the work she did in getting my condo to close for me. She was a terrific person to have representing me. If I ever need an agent in the Los Angeles area or know of someone that is looking for a good agent and company, I would definitely suggest this her.

I must take this opportunity to sing praises about Marsia and Eugene, the REAL Real Estate Slayers. After the 1994 Northridge earthquake, we were red-tagged and had to move out of our condominium for a minimum of 18 months. With a young child in tow, we decided to purchase a single-family home. After already knowing Marsia and Eugene for 7 years, we decided we needed their professional and considerate expertise. The home search and ultimate purchase went so smooth, and we moved into our new, safe home.Eleven years ago, I decided to purchase a rental property and, of course, called The Real Estate Slayers. After showing many properties, I decided to purchase one. As before, Marsia and Eugene made the entire experience a pleasant, successful one. A Landlord since then, I can finally rest in my retirement.Over the many years, I have steered family and friends the way of The Real Estate Slayers. Always, always, my family and friends have overwhelmingly thanked me for the opportunity.
