Came this morning at 10:30 for an open MRI for my left shoulder. I filled out paperwork, and got right in at my appointment time. Lady was very nice, gave me some ear plugs. Whole process took 40 mins. I did get a bit antsy, but made it through. Found parking right in front at the meter, but they do offer in the back as well. I think I was only patient there, so all good for me. I would use them again if needed.

Called Encino Advanced Imaging now. Part of Liberty Pacific Imaging. Don't go unless cleanliness is not important to you. AC broken and bathroom disgusting. No toilet paper, sink stained, floor dirty, no hot water!!! People who work there told me they have talked to management about all these issues but no response! Technician was good and front desk girl is quitting and I know why! Keep looking, don't stop here unless money is an issue

I had a Knee and Hip MRI, per my request they did it on the same day, and they did such a great job in accommodating me and making me feel comfortable. My technician was sooo knowledgeable, kind and professional. They even charged my phone while I was in the room. Thank u team. I really appreciated it.
