I needed to replace the wood façade on the front of my house as it was over 44 years old and falling apart. I decided to have the wood removed and the house stuccoed instead. I requested several quotes and found that it was more expensive that I had anticipated. This was a big investment so I did research on everyone who quoted me and found Pacific Point had a 5 star rating and no BBB complaints so I went with them. Ron was fabulous, he told me everything that would take place, and made sure the roses in the front of the house would be taken care of. They were professional and did a thorough job. Ron was there everyday checking on the work and if I had any questions (I have had other contractors that would sign on the job and you'd never see them again until the final check was due). I signed with Pacific Point Builders back In October they were able to get my permits in three months and they were able to get minimal Revisions. They completed my ADU in three months. The construction started in January and yesterday they passed final. I'm so pleased with the work and turn around time. They were also so kind enough to assist me in the process of the certificate of occupancy. The professionalism and quality Pacifc Point Builders. I highly recommend them for your project.
