Stephanie at Great Buildz was incredibly responsive, helpful and professional and introduced me to 3 fantastic contractor options immediately. I got quotes from them all, in my price range and Stephanie helped walk me through the process.
Full disclosure I did not end up going with one of their contractors only because of a variety of personal connections to the one I chose but I was so impressed and happy with the service they provided that I'm taking the time to write this view.
I will recommend this service to people and will contact them in future if I need to look for contractors. It adds another layer if accountability in what is a very challenging undertaking.

I couldn't find a General Contractor and I randomly found Great Buildz and man, I am so glad I bothered to inquire. I got in touch with 2 REALLY professional guys and selected one to move forward with. We had a healthy budget to work with for an ADU and are really happy with the contractor we found through them.
