Don't bother to go here! The lady who works at the store is rude, not helpful and is a sort of dishonest! She gave me a price for my item, but by the time she fitted me she changed her mind and raised the price! Come on! Who does that? This is not a guessing game and you just say what you like..... you give a price, it is agreed on, so why would you do that? I told her I will just go to one of the 45 other cleaners down on Ventura! When I told my neighbor about it, she told me that they did such an ugly work on her dress (alteration) that she had to take it to another place to have it corrected! I wish I knew sooner, I would have never stepped foot in this place!... read full review

I've been coming here for years and used to love Kim whom was always so sweet and used to greet me with a smile. Once Kim and her family sold the business, this place has definitely gone downhill! The Korean lady that helps you is very serious and doesn't like me to point out the soiled stains on my garments. I told her I wanted to lightly starch my husbands shirt but instead it turned out to be way too stiff. Then she also heavily starched a silk shirt that needed to be dry cleaned! When she speaks, I don't understand her English and she obviously doesn't understand me. That was the final straw for me. I'm done with this place!! Good riddance!
