Luis is one of the best Barbers around! I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here because I know when I leave, I leave looking fresh AF! Taper's, Fades, Line-Ups, etc., they do it all at Boulevard. Looking for a clean cut, look no further!!!Services: Scissor cut
