I am happy to give a good review of Archers Lock and Security in Encino. They did what they said they would do in a timely, efficient and excellent manner. I went in the store to have a key made and asked if they install smart locks. Jerry, the owner, said he did and asked me to send pictures of my door, inside and out. We discussed locks and decided on a Schlage which he suggested I buy on Amazon to save some money. His installer, Pedro, came on time, drilled new door holes and installed the lock which works great. They get a five.
