The salon is very nice with modern decor and is very clean. I met Mandy, who is the manager; she was very nice and professional. Karla and Laura were working at the reception desk making everyone who entered feel welcome. Meysam is a true artist/stylist with an excellent eye for what works for his clients and what does not. My sets always last upwards of 5 weeks and look PERFECT (minus grow out but that's expected). “Oh my god you guys. I was having a nail emergency. In a fit of grace and coordination, I cracked my thumbnail diagonally across my nailbed on my flight over here. It was agonizing and I was heading into a huge week at work. I'm not from here so had to call around to find someone that was open and could help. NC Nails was super nice on the phone, gave me an appointment, and I went in later that evening. They were BUSY which is always a good sign. I got my toes done while I waited for the nail tech to be ready. I showed John what had happened, and he did a super informative consultation with me about how he could fix my nail, give me more strength so they wouldn't break so easily, AND give me the look and design I wanted -- all for a service that was less expensive than the one I'd come in requesting. He worked so meticulously and I'm so happy with the result I literally did an "I love my nails" dance once I got back to the hotel. If I lived here this would be my new go-to place.
