“I suffered a pretty bad stingray sting surfing Monday, not my first rodeo when it comes to being stung. I had my friend, who's a navy medic look over it day 1. Made the call on day 3 to visit an urgent care due to swelling, possibly from infection. Arriving customer service was professional at Pearlman and efficient, they got me in to see a medical professional promptly, under 45 mins as a walk in, in a lobby with patients that had prior appointments reserved, it seemed like a reasonable wait. I was very impressed with the medical professional that I saw to help fix me. I'm not sure if she was a Dr. or a nurse practioner, sorry for my lack of details but I believe her name was Kylie?? She was great, she listened very well to every little detail I gave her, we discussed different scenarios, consequences, and options. I was out of there in under twenty minutes with a solution I was very stoked about from a health care provider and team that was professional, efficient, and treated their patients with respect and dignity. What a great business model for Healthcare. FYI, I thought the price for a walk in was very reasonable as well, they do take insurance, I'm just in-between at the moment looking for a better deal for 2025. I would not hesitate to visit this clinic again if needed and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for quality health care.“

“I give five stars when I love a place so much and I know I will return to. I switched to this location recently from the Genesee location. Even though it's farther away from me, the place is amazing. There's lots of free open parking, the medical building looks amazing, but most importantly, I love my new doctor, Dr. Gore! She's patient and really listened to my concerns well. She took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Gore really cares and I felt heard. It's a one stop shop for lab, radiology, and doctor's visit.“

“Scheduling was not a problem at all. I was a walk in at a non-busy time of day. Check in was so easy and the staff at the desk was helpful, bringing papers to me as I had a back injury. The entire staff was friendly and professional from the front desk to the nurse and the practicioner as well as the X-ray technician. The waiting area, exam room and even the bathroom were very clean. Overall, it was an A+ experience! I would recommend this provider for Urgent Care needs.“

“I would like to make a special mention to the Vascular Lab at the Geisel Pavilion. The check in employee Deveny, is one of the nicest staff members I have ever met at Scripps. She is professional and very efficient too! She makes that department shine!

Allow for plenty of time, the parking is a bit confusing, and this area is very busy! Take advantage of the ocean nearby for a great walk too!
