I had my first experience yesterday at Cielo and had cut and color by Cara. It was so out of my comfort zone to go somewhere I have never been for cut and especially color. I am so excited with it all. Cara is so kind and sweet and reassuring which helped me through this experience. The location is simply an oasis that I just want to go back simply just to relax and enjoy the environment. Thank you Cara, for all you did for me yesterday. I am thrilled.

I would not recommend this salon. I scheduled an appointment and one of the owners was my stylist. She was very pre-occupied working on many other customers hair besides mine, leaving me unattended for long periods of time. She wasn't friendly and pulled really hard on my head while blow drying my hair. In the end, I was very dissatisfied with my highlights. They didn't go all the way to the roots of my hair so it already looks like I have re-growth. I will not go to this salon again.

Had a wonderful experience at Cielo hair salon. Made a last-minute appointment while I was at home in Arizona. Only had a few days in California. My hairstylist back home went on maternity leave unexpectedly and the staff at Cielo could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The salon is beautiful. So happy! Would definitely recommend! Funny thing is I also teach at a elementary school named Cielo in Chandler Arizona. I think it was meant to be! I will definitely remember the salon when I come back again next summer.
