Cheryl Robertson is a gem. We are purchasing laminate flooring, and backsplash for our kitchen counters, from Superior Floor Designs. Cheryl's vast knowledge of flooring gave us the tools we needed to decide upon the flooring best suited to our needs. We can't wait to have it installed and see the final result.

Superior Floors did the flooring of my entire house back in 2009 (carpet in bedrooms and hardwood throughout the rest of the house). They were so good I went back to them recently after I had a house leak that ruined some of my gorgeously installed wood floor. Well, they are still as amazing in 2023! The customer service is excellent and, perhaps most importantly, the installers they have are still top notch professionals. The wood is properly installed with care, they take the time to do it well, and I love that they respect my home by being really, really neat. My recent job is a relatively small job, but David, Cheryl, and Henry still treated me like a valuable customer.... read full review

Superior Floor is AMAZING. We are currently working with them and it is hands down the best experience we have had with any company of this nature. From day 1 we knew we should go with them, the team is attentive, funny, and really cares about us, their customers, beyond anything we have experienced.
