Siding Solutions did an excellent job on my house. They demolished the old stucco, added all new insulation, reinforced structural beams and added siding. The team was professional, neat and respectful of my home. They even came back to put up my window boxes!

We recently had Siding Solutions come out and replace the faded, cracked, and shrinking fiber cement siding on our 8 year old house in Ramona. The owner (Eric Cashion) took the time to explain why the old siding (CertainTeed) failed after only 8 years and he recommended high quality Hardie Siding as a replacement. Eric also pointed out some of the signs that the home builder who originally installed the siding on the house were not really qualified to do so such as using the wrong nails, face nailing the siding, using inferior trim, installing siding behind stacked cultured stone, not doing any caulking, and not having the correct boards for lights and electrical outlets to attach. Eric and his team came out and working in blistering upper 90's - 100 degree heat to remove all the old siding, install missing OSB sub boards, and install all new siding and trim. There was an issue with the new siding delivered from James Hardie and Eric jumped right in to very quickly assess and resolve the situation within 48 hours and find a path forward. The difference in the Siding Solutions final product is absolutely amazing. All nails are hidden, the craftsmanship and attention to detail is fantastic, and the house looks absolutely fantastic. Eric and his team are true craftsmen and I can't wait to use them again for another project that I have planned. I'm very happy that I chose Siding Solutions to install the hardie board siding on my home. The business owner, Eric Cashion, is a true professional (unlike some of the contractors I met with who just wasted my time because they never followed up with bids). Eric had the bid to me in a timely manner but explained that he was booked 3 months out. Fortunately, I was not in a rush and it was worth the wait. Work happened when he said it would and they started promptly each day. At day's end everything was tidied up. My property was treated with care as if it were their own home and they were very careful to step around plants instead of on them. The siding looks great and I couldn't be happier. I recommend this company without any reservations.
