Is this your driver! He failed to drive like a human being and follow traffics signs set up along El Camino Real in Carlsbad for at least a couple miles then at the last minute and last moment decided to merge nearly into my car! My friend was following me and witnessed the entire incident and has this on camera. What a horrible human this man was.
