Here's the thing - you walk out with the style you want. So really I'd give this place a 3.5 stars. I've been a couple of times for my teen daughter and her experience varied. First time the woman burnt her scalp repeatedly. The second visit (after choosing a different service member) was more pleasant with no burnt issues. A secondary note would be the vibe. It's a bit dreary. No genuine smiles, no offer to get a drink be it water, soda, champagne. The little touches that make a $55 hair blowout worth your buck.
I had a regular shampoo and blowout. My hair is now very soft. She curled my hair very nicely , although I wish the curl had been tighter. The stylist was very professional and very nice.
Walking into the blow dry bar felt like stepping into a sanctuary of style and relaxation, where the service was quick and efficient, the ambiance was super chill, and the stylists were seriously talented; and let's not forget about the Cezanne service, which totally knocked it out of the park, leaving my hair feeling like a million bucks and making me already plan my next visit for more of that awesome pampering vibe.
