I hate to tell anyone how good these guys are, for fear of not getting them back for additional projects! They originally came out to address water damage in my bathroom. After insurance hired a cheaper option to replace drywall and paint, PFR came to the rescue to fix the seriously subpar work of the other guy. Rudy did a fantastic job, and Terry stopped by to make sure we were happy with the work. It was a night-and-day difference!

I came home on a Friday afternoon to water dripping from the upstairs onto the kitchen island. I went through a list of plumbers and ARS sent someone out. He arrived at 3:30, had to call his supervisor and they left at 10:30 pm. What did they do? Removed toilet and left it on bathroom floor, told me I could not use either of the upstairs bathrooms and cut a giant, haphazard hole in my kitchen ceiling. Estimate to repair: $9,900.00 to "unclog" my pipes and coat with epoxy. I told them I was not agreeing to anything at that time.
