I have been going to Permanent Expressions, for Elaine to make my eyebrows beautiful, for a few years now. Elaine is a true professional and her business is very clean and comfortable. My friends and family always comment about how nice my eyebrows look, which makes me feel great, especially since I had lost a lot of my eyebrows. Going to this business and chatting with Elaine, during the process, feels like home. Maggie Bienkowski

One thing I love about Elaine is the very clinical setting and how she cares about a sterile environment. And yet there's a beautiful window view and lighting. The results are stunning. I've had my eyebrows micro bladed and permanent eyeliner and permanent lip tattooing. The prices are great, and touchups cost less depending on the time intervals.

NO PAIN and BEAUTIFUL RESULTS! If I could put more than 5 stars I would! (I guess I could start my own platform, learn how to use a computer, etc., and then post an infinite amount of stars.... Hopefully my words will suffice!). Elaine is an artist in every respect. My eyebrows and eyeliner had been done not too many years ( 2ish years) prior to going to Permanent Expressions. Both brow n liner had completely faded off. Not only did Elaine flawlessly apply permanent brows and eyeliner, but there was NO PAIN. I am not saying this because the pain was minimal compared to the first place I went to. There was no pain, period. I never thought I'd have permanent make up put on again after the first torture chamber I apparently went to, but I have health issues that make it difficult to apply make up, etc., so I needed some help. Permanent Expressions and Elaine (owner) are a godsend.
