Highly recommend. My manicure and pedicure were both above my expectations. I am new to Cardiff by The Sea and found Luminous through Yelp. This is a hidden gem adjacent to Vons across from Scripps Hospital. The workers were all very friendly and their attention to detail was amazing. Next time you need your nails done call Luminous and they will not disappoint you!
I am only able to speak to the spa pedicure experience I have received here, but it has been one of the best nail salons I have visited in the area without being prohibitively expensive! My pedicures consistently last several weeks without chipping, the massages are lovely, the technicians are always friendly and overall it's just a great experience that doesn't break the bank. I definitely recommend Luminous Nails.
Clean, friendly staff, and professional. Adult daughters really liked Kimanh and Vickie's skill set. My lady doing nails was sloppy with polish all over my cuticles and wanted to clean up. I let her do twice before asking for her to clean up the overages, she proceeded to add streaks on sides. Finally asked to remove and let another person paint. Ask for Kimanh (Katie) or Vickie if you are new!
