I am thrilled with the incredible customer service and responsiveness that I received from Laura and Melissa. Laura patiently showed me many carpets to choose from on multiple occasions. She was welcoming, always had a smile and there was never any pressure. The competitive estimate arrived in a timely fashion as did the installation. Her installers were skilled and professional. I highly recommend Littrell flooring to anyone who wants a large selection and excellent service.

We have a late 1950s beach cottage in Encinitas. We recently had Laura and her team (Scott) install engineered hardwood... after six years of living on similar floor (but one installed by a scurrilous house flipper, pre our purchase).After years of creaking with every step... we now have peace! Laura was very patient while sifted through a dozen similar styles of flooring... and even worked with us on price to get the pricier flooring we preferred.Scott and his install team ground, sanded, self-leveled... as long as it took.
