These guys are great! They won’t build your pool but they do pretty much everything else. Up front pricing. Personal service. A great team. Been with them for over 10 years.
I recently Signed up with Kohler Pool Services to manage my spa"s water chemistry. Wow, what a difference!! Luke is our service tech and is doing a great job of keeping our spa crystal clear and and the water chemistry well balanced. I struggled with water clarity, PH balance and constantly faced biofilm problems to the point of have dumping our water every six weeks. Not any more with Luke around each week. Thanks Luke for doing a great job. Give that guy a salary raise.
I had a problem with intermittent operation of the circulating pump in my pool. I thought I would probably need to replace the pump. I called Kohler. The agent on the phone was friendly and helpful. She encouraged me to have a technician come out to see what was going on. The technician Aaron came to my home at the agreed time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was knowledgable and professional. He even replaced some equipment covers that I had removed in my unsuccessful attempts to fix the problem myself. Problem solved. I highly recommend Kohler's service.
