Ever since I moved to San Diego four years ago, Itan has been my sanctuary for self care and connecting with amazing women, who, as mentioned, are incredible kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I originally joined for the infrared body wrap--which helps with detox-- and red-light therapy for anti-aging, the results of which are backed by science and have made a huge difference in balancing hormones and skin health. Not a big review guy, but, this place is worth noting. Joined to use their Fit Body Wrap, getting ready for a long distance cycling event, and wanting to shed a few pounds combined with my gym routine. iTan is a wonderful find, cue-tip clean, and staffed with kind, caring, and friendly people. So refreshing to see a business today deliver over and above at a very fair cost/price. Highly recommend this place as an additional tool in the quiver for any overall health and wellness effort.
