This is my first experience with electrolysis and during my first session, she went above and beyond to explain everything in great detail and answer any questions. She even had a physical presentation in a binder to walk me through what to expect! It made it so much easier to understand how this works and set realistic expectations.Her studio space reminds me of a spa. I love that she took the time to make the space feel so inviting and relaxing. I also love that she keeps her space tidy and her equipment disinfected. I've had a handful of sessions now.I've noticed such an improvement in my chin area. She can identify the hair growth cycle that pertains to your treatments and recommends the frequency and duration of your sessions. Since the treatments can add up over time, it's so nice to know that she is honest about how far apart you can space your sessions while still being successful with the removal. If you end up having a session where you don't have enough hair to remove the full time, she will work on other areas that you may want removed too! Bonus!“
