Obviously this was no emergency- BUT I needed a new kitchen sink faucet to replace one that rusted out and I called EP and Tim was able to fit me in the very next day and replace the rusted out faucet. I appreciated his professionalism and advice regarding some future things that will be upcoming needed repairs.
