Apparently, this company does not work within a budget. When we asked for an estimate, we received a message that they were going to "pass on the work" since they assumed we would be working in a budget and they "just don't work that way". Who doesn't have a budget when working on a project? This is a ridiculous comment and I think we dodged a bullet here.

I am SO GLAD I went with Julio. I will be honest and say I was hesitant at first because his online presence wasn't huge, but he won me over with not only his estimate but his professional, friendly attitude, great communication, and willingness to come over a few times to help me figure out what would look best. After we told him we wanted to go with him, he continued to exceed our expectations for customer service. Communication was A+, he helped us to pick the right fence layout/style/stain, was always on time, and led a very friendly and professional crew who knocked out a large quality fence in a few days. Custom Decks and Fence did a fantastic job. I had a 70' privacy fence that had fallen over due to age and weight of greenery.
