Terrible! The appointment felt rushed. Supposed to get the test where they dilate my eyes but the Dr told me I have to come back for that test. She then lied on my record and wrote that patient chose to come back at another time for the test. I wanted it done at that appointment!. They wouldn't give me my Rx and was pushing me to purchase overpriced eye glasses from them. I was so upset I left and returned the next day for the Rx. Initially, when I made the appoint by phone, the receptionist told me insurance covers the exam completely. Yet they were charging me $70 for an eye exam - that insurance covers! The worst was yet to come; Went to a new Dr and found out the Rx was wrong. I wasted money on eye glasses with the incorrect Rx. I had been struggling to even see street signs or TV 10 ft away but being my 1st pair of eye glasses ever, I did not realize and would never go back to Hutchinson's. Beware! They are very nice on the phone at first.
