My hot water stopped working in my shower and they were able to come by within a couple hours to check it out. Josh was great and fixed my shower valve cartridge quickly and did a good job cleaning up and explaining everything to me. He also answered a lot of my unrelated questions and gave me advice about my water heater and home filtration.
