I’ve been going to Bodyrok for almost two years now and I’m still challenged every single class! Every class feels intentional, upbeat, and motivating. The instructors are the best, and really know how to push you while still keeping things fun. I always leave feeling stronger and a little shaky in the best way. If you want a studio that makes you feel strong and more capable in your body, this is the place. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Have been a member for over 5 years. Started off in the freezing cold during the pandemic. It’s amazing to see their growth. What is great about Pilates is that it’s always challenging—I have practiced for almost 20 years and it I am still learning and growing. The teachers push you towards YOUR personal best. Full disclaimer, it’s not classic Pilates but Pilates on steroids. However, you can modify and all levels are welcomed without judgement. You will NEVER find another workout that tones your core up and every little muscle so efficiently.
Like most studios, there are teachers who are stronger than others. Daniela is my homegirl as she always mixes it up and knows the human body so well. I continuously learn new things and techniques from her She is a baddie. I also take classes from Erin, Caitlin, Christina, Katie , Ericka and Megan depending on my schedule. ❤️
Insider tip: park behind the studio and walk around near Headlines when the lot is crowded.
Enjoy!
I’ve been doing BODYROK for a couple of years and this location is spacious and parking is not too bad in comparison to other locations. They also have lots of classes so it’s not too hard to get in same day.
