Betsy is such a gem! Not only is she an extremely talented hairstylist, she is a beautiful person (inside and out!) I always look forward to our chats and time together. I can always trust her with my hair (whether it’s a cute/ stylish cut or color..:she always delivers!) She has been doing my hair for almost 10 years. I highly recommend Betsy!

I love Betsy and her salon! She is the best at color and cutting! I get so many compliments on my hair! Her energy and the other stylists there (Tara is also amazing) are fun and welcoming. The location is great too if you want to make it a special day and go out to eat after with your new hair cut and style.

I have been searching for a stylist like Betsy my whole adult life. I am a low maintenance girl, but still appreciate highlights and color a few times a year, and a fresh trim. Betsy really listens and I always leave her salon feeling amazing (I joke that I call this Hair-a-py, bc talking with Betsy also feels like therapy, lol). I've had my hair over processed before, and Betsy fixed it. I also learned that she actually TEACHES color to new stylists, and you can tell. She is a true artist. I also love how Second Place Salon is a fixed price, no tipping - which takes out the guess work and makes the whole process easy.
