I am a San Diego native, I love the great outdoors and keeping mobile and active. I've been a licensed massage therapist for over 27 years and a Holistic Health Practitioner for over a decade now. I love what I do and I hope it shows in my work. I consider myself an Integrated Practitioner who, really works to understand the what in people's lives that contribute to their ailments. Then I can provide the support and guidance in correcting the cause, when possible. Through therapeutic massage (many different modalities), supportive nutrition, herbal and dietary supplementation (when needed), and essential oils, we can become conscious at connecting our mind and body.
