These people are the worst. After 36 minutes on hold to pay a bill Josie was rude as could be. I was annoyed she wouldn't take my information as dad (and sole cargiver) to my daughter and threatened to disconnect me when I questioned her. Absolutely trash.

This is actually insane, I’ve been trying to figure out my medical bill for the past 6 months, and have gotten terrible customer service. I was promised a call back, it’s been two weeks with no call. I’ve called back for the last two days and they are “closed for a company wide meeting”God forbid you have someone manning the customer service desk to take calls why yall charge insane amounts for your services.
