Mary Ella is the only person I let touch my hair. She always does a fantastic job and helps me navigate the cut and color I want so well! I love her and highly recommend her. The new spot in Orinda she is cutting hair in is such a vibe! I had to resist buying multiple thrift pieces on my way out the door.

Holy smokes this is a cream of the crop kind of place - all the stylists and staff are friendly, warm, and have a vibrant energy that’s rare and contagious. I can’t go anywhere else now. The aveda products are untouchable and keep your hair healthy on a daily basis. My cut is always beautiful and better than I envisioned. After my last visit, I went with a shorter look and friends, colleagues and even strangers complimented it for months!

I’ve had two amazing haircuts from Tony, the owner of Sole Salon. Tony and his partner Guy could not be more welcoming and dedicated to creating a wonderful community while also being brilliant with hair. Everyone at the salon was friendly and kind. I have gray hair and Tony does an amazing job of making it look great while keeping it low-maintenance. ?? I highly recommend this salon.
