“I have had, and continue to have, an amazing experience at HH. My introduction to hyperbaric treatment came about after a procedure to treat about a year's worth of chronic back pain. Alex and crew have taken what could be a mundane intervention and transformed it into a spa-like experience. I LOVE coming here! The dive itself is relaxing and afterward, you transition to the decompression space with plush zero-gravity chairs, warm face towels, and fruit-infused water. I opt for red-light therapy after my dive, and this too, is elevated with cold towels and more of that fruit-infused water. In short, Alex has created a very beautiful and zen healing space. I, and everyone around me, have noted a significant ramp-up in my recovery. I can honestly say that not only am I walking better, I am looking younger (wink), and getting the best sleep of my life. I couldn't recommend it enough!“

“This place is a hidden gem!!! One of my best friends referred me to this place. I think I have pretty high pain tolerance, but this time I was in such unbearable pain for my right shoulder/neck, I literally woke up at 4am because of how painful it was and made a same day appointment (90mins). MAKING AN APPOINTMENT: Super easy and intuitive, very quick! I was later told if you want more than one person at the same time (like a couples massage), just leave a note when booking or email and they will get back if they're available. LOCATION: I was a little confused at first (my first time), the entrance looked somewhat like it was part of an apartment complex and the door was locked but Theresa was on time and popped out to grab me! GETTING READY FOR MASSAGE: It was preferred to be naked down to only wearing underwear for the best massage. MASSAGE: I am SO impressed. Theresa is incredibly experienced and technical. I was in so much pain when I walked in and after telling her the general area, she got to work immediately. Not only did she pinpoint EXACTLY all of the points that caused the pain, she went at it until she got it cleared out. Not going to lie, she went pretty roughhhh, but SO worth it to get everything cleared. No doubt you can tell her to ease it up, but I didn't because I loved it. I could really feel how technical she went at each movement, going for the very specific spots and super focused on what I needed. Haha, actually it was quite impressive to experience how she magically knew what I needed throughout the entire massage. She was also super careful and thoughtful on how she handled my body--no movement was wasted! AND at the end, she also gave me some thoughtful tips on how to stretch. RESULT: I left the place feeling a little sore from her getting at my pain spots (which is absolutely expected), but DEFINITELY incredibly refreshed and super thankful that I was able to move my neck and shoulder again without pain. If I could give a better rating, I would. Thank you so much, Theresa!!! Literally a life saver and will definitely be coming here again!“

“I took my daughter with me to Pearl and we both had the Scrub + Wrap + Massage Combo. It was the first time we've ever had the scrub or wrap and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked it we were greeted by two very kind and friendly aunties who guided is through the check-in process and then took us to the locker room and walked us through what to do and the facilities. We were a little uncomfortable first with the nudity, but after a while it was no big deal, since it is a women only facility. The treatment was great. Did not realize how much the exfoliation would take off until I started feeling the skin fly everywhere. We walked out feeling the cleanest we ever will. My daughter's skin was glowing. We will be back for sure.“

BUT I only gave 4 stars because the process for scheduling an appointment is TERRIBLE! no one answers the phone. you leave a text, per the instructions on the automated phone, and don't hear back. then you go to their website online to try to schedule, and the form doesn't work. then you sign up anyway - somehow - and pay but have to provide a requested date/time in the special instruction box and have no idea if you're getting the appointment or not. TERRIBLE PROCESS! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS.“
