UPDATE: i returned to the salon this evening and Stephanie redid my nails to perfection. Thank you Stephanie and Lisa. Your professionalism and kindness is appreciated. I will be back.This was the quickest gel manicure I've ever had. But there was a reason. She didn't soak off my previous gel, just used the Dremel. Made a poor attempt at fixing a broken nail with acrylic, it hanging over my cuticle getting caught on everything. My nails are bumpy from residual gel not thoroughly removed. I've been 3 times to this nail salon!!My Opinion : They took their time doing my toenails and Nails , not rushing like some other nail salons, which is well appreciated. Not overpriced as well ; very kind ladies and gentlemen!

I love it here. I’ve been visiting Lisa’s beauty center for the last 8 months and have had great experiences each time. Pedicure specialists are incredibly thorough and polish lasts me 1month+, I’m hard on my hands but generally my gel manicure will last 3 weeks. Lisa the owner makes me feel welcome each visit, and works just as hard if not harder than her staff. She’s even given me a haircut! As long as I live in emeryville this will be my go to salon.
