I had a fantastic experience with Caitlin First off major kudos to her for being to flexible, because once day I literally changed my schedule on her 3 times because of my work schedule. But she was so nice and kind! Anyways she got me in for the last time slot Of her day. First to talk about urban monk. It's in a pretty busy area. Parking can be troublesome. But it's swanky!!! And vibey Super cute inside! Back to Caitlin. She did a great job on keeping me comfortable and letting me know how much of hair she would need to cut in order for my dead ends to be gone. Erin is amazing! 10/10 recommend. She truly gives the best overall experience. Erin is thoughtful and caring about her recommendations about cut/color. It also doesn’t hurt that Urban Monk is a warm and inviting environment!
