Great customer service. My kids really enjoyed their experience. The Dentist was patient and gentle. The office staff was very helpful with a couple of snags with our insurance and they were promptly able to get it fixed.
Took my daughter to her first dentist appointment here and we love this place and the staff is amazing very friendly and kind they also have a great play area for the young kids my daughters first experience was so great that she wants to go to the dentist everyday she says lol I would definitely recommend going here for your kids dentist!
Paperwork was available to fill out online before appointment which was very convenient. Communication about our referral from general dentist was able to be conducted over text message with a live employee which made things easy. Clean office, a lot of opportunities for distraction and comfort for the kids in waiting room and dental chair. Dr Lilly spoke to my child directly in a friendly and comforting manner, the dental assistant and front office staff, explained everything clearly and were also incredibly friendly. I appreciated all parts of our visit and have zero complaints. :)
