Sandy is kind, patient and a very talented artist. After I sent an email, she promptly and kindly called me, on what I subsequently realized is one of her days off, to answer my questions regarding after care with genuine concern and patience. I am still in the healing process of my second session but after the initial session and today, my eyebrows appear very natural and I am extremely pleased with the results. In regards to the procedure itself, the facility is very clean and comfortable and I appreciate that during both the initial and touch up procedures, Sandy checked in on how I was feeling. I have a scar on my right eyebrow and have always been insecure about it until I finally got my eyebrows done by Sandy. It's so natural and I love the way it turned out. I am due for a touch up soon so I will be seeing you soon Sandy!
