Having this store near my place is incredibly convenient. I used to drive 30 minutes to get my essential products at Sephora, but now it's just a stone's throw away. The store offers a wide variety of items I need, making it a favorite shopping destination for me.
Pros: I really like this location, the store was organized, staffs over here are nice and polite, sometimes they care for you and checking up how u doing but mostly they gives space for your own it make me feel comfy. And, I cannot find the lipstick shade I like, I asked Ricky for helping me, he is so much patient and friendly because I’m picky but Ricky didn’t give up :))) Feel safe with him, give him as much as details you can, it isn’t a bothersome, I think that will help the process quicker and I found the shade I like yayyCons: Some popular products don’t have in this store: Mac brand and the caffeine Ordinary. I visited this location for the first time on 3/4/24 and had a wonderful experience. I went towards the end of the day and they were getting ready to close, but they were still VERY busy. Kiki is a manager there and went above and beyond for me. She helped me for about 20-30 minutes finding the perfect makeup for me, and answered any questions I had. She helped to color match me perfectly, and helped me to get skincare that was the right fight for my skin (acne prone etc.) Kiki was the sweetest and most professional employee I have interacted with in such a long time.
