Although they may not have every requested product in stock, they offer suggestions for other places to find it. The hair stylists, especially Kimberly, are commended for their expertise and pleasant demeanor. Kimberly has received praise for her quick and fabulous haircuts, ensuring that customers are in and out in a timely manner. Customers can expect to be greeted warmly and receive high-quality services in a clean and friendly environment. I’ve gone here a total of four times for my haircut. I waited awhile to write my review but I enjoy going here. The guy at the front desk is really friendly! I don’t think he cuts hair though. They also offer dying your hair, nails and haircuts. I’ve only gone for my haircut so I only have a review on that. I appreciate that they walk you through the haircut, tell you how short or long would you like and also show you. They make sure you’re comfortable with it. They’re Vietnamese as most salons are but this is the younger generation and I prefer that as there isn’t a huge language barrier and they can understand what type of haircut I’d like. To start, everyone here I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been incredibly helpful and kind. The environment is very clean and it's clear when you walk in that you're going to be in good hands.
Kimberly cut my hair, she evened it out, fixed my layers, and gave me really cute bangs. I was surprised at how quickly she cut my hair for doing such a fabulous job, I was in and out in a little over 30 mins, however I was the first appointment so I can't speak for wait times later in the day. I will definitely be back, thank you Kimberly and Eric!
I've been going to Salon Eric's for several years now and took my daughter there today to get her hair colored for the first time and Kimberly did an amazing job!!! She was so happy with the way it turned out. I highly recommend Salon Eric, I always leave there happy!!!
