Very quiet & relaxing ambience. Very clean and neat. Massage chair worked perfectly. I read previous reviews, and it seems they have made improvements because this place is great and affordable compared to most other places in Elk Grove...$30 for a pedi. Service was really good. She asked enough questions but not too many that I couldn't relax. I'll be back for sure.

Cleanliness: Very clean and organized. Materials put away and not left out on counters. No clutter.

Lisa is an awesome nail tech. I continually get compliments about her work. Her manicures and pedicures are professionally done. I have recommended Pink Nails and Spa to my friends.

Friendly staff. Did 3 walk in pedi and only 2 chairs available. The chair I was in had a broken massager and felt pretty beaten up. This place can use some updating on furniture. They had lots of polish colors to choose from. They use tub liners and didn't see them sanitize the tub. Only recommend if it's your last resort.
