They focus on making sure dogs feel at ease, putting forth a large effort to avoid using muzzles and prioritizing the dog's comfort. This was evident when one customer's dog, who usually needs a muzzle, was found to have it off and was even having his teeth brushed upon pick-up. Located in Elk Grove, Paw Spa is a gem that attracts customers from far away, despite other grooming options being closer. Many customers express gratitude for the kindness and accommodating service they receive. They were able to schedule on short notice, and prices are reasonable. Customers get a pup cup after every visit. Paw Spa is closed every second Saturday.

Went here to groom my terrier pup. He came out smelling fresh and clean after, wagging his tail. First time coming here-reasonable prices and luckily they were able to schedule me on short notice. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about my pet's well-being. When I picked up my pet, she looked and felt amazing! The grooming was done perfectly, and you could tell they took their time to ensure everything was done right. I highly recommend Paw Spa to anyone looking for top-notch pet care.
