Called Patterson HVAC at 8am with an emergency. My nest thermostat wasn’t working and it was 100 degrees outside. They were able to send a technician that day. David did a fantastic job troubleshooting my system and had it up a running quickly. 10/10 would recommend

We had a new heat pump HVAC system and an electric water heater installed and are super-happy with the work that was done, from initial contact to the final clean-up and beyond. When you need work done in our house, you want someone who will take on the job as if they were in their own home. Chris Patterson and his team do exactly that - they go the extra mile to make absolutely sure that they have completed every aspect of the job perfectly. It is my pleasure to highly recommend Patterson Heating and Air. My heat went out, gave them a call, and 90 minutes later they were at my house and extending me excellent customer service. Technician Dave was courteous, professional, and literally spelled out all of my options concerning my furnace and air conditioning unit. The initial diagnosis was fast and concise.
